- Clients can cancel their project within 48 hours of payment for a full refund
- If work has already begun, only a partial refund may be granted based on completed work
2. Refunds:
- No refunds are provided for completed and delivered projects
- In case of dissatisfaction, we offer revisions as per the agreed scope
3. Non-Refundable Items:
- Domain registrations, hosting services, and third-party software are non-refundable
