3. Payment & Delivery Payments must be made as per the agreed terms before the final handover of the website. Once the website is completed and delivered, any further modifications or additional requests may incur extra charges.
4. Liability Disclaimer Webfire Degitech shall not be held liable for any financial loss, legal actions, or disputes arising from the customer’s misuse of the website. Any fraud or illegal activity conducted through the website will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Third-Party Services If third-party services (e.g., hosting, payment gateway, domain registration) are integrated, their terms and conditions will apply separately. Webfire Degitech is not liable for any issues arising from third-party services.
